Order Process:

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email confirming receipt and providing your order number. Another email will follow once we've processed your order and handed it over to our courier for delivery. This second email will contain tracking information, enabling you to track your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your door or collection location.

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS upon dispatch. For further tracking information, reach out to us via the contact form.

Import / Duties & Taxes:

For EU customers, duty and tax will be charged by customs as per regulations post UK's exit from the EU. Each country may have its own policy, so we advise checking your country's customs & excise regulations prior to purchase. Any duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed directly to you by the courier company.

Undelivered Items:

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at the courier service's discretion. Once returned, we'll contact you. Any additional shipping charges for redelivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items:

Sale items purchased may only be eligible for store credit unless specifically stated. This applies to site-wide sales and certain promotional events, clearly indicated during event announcements and countdown emails.
